God has broken into my life a few times and they have all been in the past three years. The most recent was this summer at LDC (leadership development camp). He broke in first by letting me get accepted, then by showing me that my church was looking for a way to help me get there.

God has changed me by letting more light into my life. One example of this is, a year before LDC I had no friends - no one I could really trust or talk to. Now I have friends in the 19 other campers, plus the leaders that I can talk to. And I really can trust them. So after the 16 days training I learned a lot about what God can do in other peoples' lives and what he had started/sparked in mine. At camp God also showed me that I absolutely love to serve others with all I have, but with that I have trouble giving time to myself. But I am now finding out how to do that.

Another way God has put light into my life is that all through school I really didn't have any friends but after graduating and going back for half a semester, most people know me as a nice person. Before, most of these people before didn't say a word to me.

I also have all the staff at Ryerson Camp who I got to work with during my placements this summer. God has put more light in my life there even before and my faith has grown so much ever since then. The Ryerson camp staff have been there to see me change to see where God wants me to be at this point in my life. I met a friend there about 1 year ago and guess what? Now he is my best friend! God has broken in and given me a light that will never go out, and I want to thank all the people that helped him do it.
