The 5:30pm Youth Eventz service is traditionally well attended by youth groups and
families from across southern Ontario. Due to fire code and safety, we
need to ensure that the number of people in the sanctuary does not exceed
licensing for the building. Therefore, we ask that youth groups, individuals, and
families plan ahead and reserve seats with us prior to the day of the service.
This ensures that groups can come to the service knowing that they are guaranteed
a seat, and it helps us to know that we can safely fit everyone in the church.
If you are flexible with your plans and/or local to the St. Jacobs, Kitchener-Waterloo, Guelph or surrounding areas, we would ask you to consider attending the 8:30pm service to allow out-of-town youth groups access to the 5:30 service.
The 8:30pm Youth Eventz service has historically attracted a smaller number of attendees,
and the crowd is typically a bit older than the 5:30pm service. We have not traditionally required e-tickets for the 8:30 service, however, we expect the 8:30pm service for Christmas 2009 to fill to near capacity, so we are asking that you reserve seats with us prior to the day of the service for the 8:30 service as well.

If you wish to attend the 8:30pm service, please plan to arrive at the church
between 7:30-8:15pm. This will allow time for the parking lot behind the church
to clear and space within the church to become available as attendees from the
5:30pm service depart.

The eticket team will do their best to respond to your request within 48 hours.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 3 or 4 days, please resend your
information.
If you find closer to the service that you will not need all the seats you
requested, please contact the etickets team with your revised number asap. This
will enable us to give seats to others who wish to join us at the service.

On the night of the service, the doors of the church will open at 4:00pm for the 5:30 service and again at 7:30pm for the 8:30 service. We
encourage groups to arrive early as seating is arranged in the sanctuary on a
first come, first served basis. We will have greeters situated at the main doors
of the church to check in groups as they arrive. A limited number of groups &
individuals without eticket reservations will be admitted at the door as space
allows. We will post a contact number online so that you can reach us by phone on
the day of the service.
