Here are some of the unique opportunities for involvement in the Youth Eventz ministry.  We realize that not everyone is called to participate in these ways, but know that some will jump at the opportunities.

Note:  tax receipts are available.  Cheques can be made payable to "Youth Eventz". (Note: this is a charitable organization.)

Facilities, Details, Helpers - There are a number of tasks that need to be done to make events run smoothly.  Some examples are:

• greeters
• eTicket registration people
• eTicket takers
• ushers (folks to help with collection of the offering)
• parking
• First Aid attendants
• setup prior to event -- posting signs, unloading trucks, running cable and cords
• cleanup after the event -- getting the facility (e.g., church) in the same shape as we found it in

There are also a number of roles available helping with Kitchen and refreshments, Tech (Sound, Lighting, Stage, Video...) and a number of other areas. Stay tuned for contact information in this space on how to get involved.
